STORE POLICY: SALES & ORDER ISSUES

Please note that all purchases are considered final. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled, modified, returned, or exchanged. We recommend reviewing all order details carefully, including sizing and shipping information, prior to checkout.

Items listed as pre-order require an estimated 12–15 week processing period before they are shipped out. Keep this timeframe in mind when selecting your size and placing your order.

In the event that your order arrives with a defect or damage, you must reach out to us within 7 business days of the confirmed delivery date at Gigglegangboutique@gmail.com.
Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted. To avoid missing this window, we encourage customers to inspect their items immediately upon arrival. Any eligible item must remain unworn, unused, and include all original tags. This policy applies only to products purchased directly through our website.

When possible, we will provide a replacement for approved claims. If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued back to your original payment method.

For orders marked as “delivered” by the shipping carrier but not received, customers are responsible for contacting the carrier and filing a claim. Once an order has been shipped out, liability transfers to the carrier.
