Oh no, we’ve got you! Please report any issues within 10 days of receiving your order. Email us at hello@gigglegang.com with your order number and clear photos of the defect so we can make it right.

🚚 Order changes:

We move fast! Once an order is placed, it’s immediately sent to our warehouse and cannot be modified so double check those cart goodies before checkout.

Giggle Gang items love cold water and a low tumble dry.

Because bamboo is a delicate natural fiber, please wash separately from rough or abrasive items like towels, Velcro, or hardware to keep them looking fresh and fabulous.
